ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
i. Evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission including (CAC2 and CAC7).
ii. Companyâs Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (03) years (if not new company).
iii. Evidence of Registration of Business premises with Oyo State Ministry of Trade, Investment and Cooperatives.
iv. Company Profile with curriculum vitae of key management staff.
v. Interested corporate organization must be able to demonstrate the capacity required in a detailed proposal which contains the following; detailed business plan, detailed financials, proposed profit share model. For real estate proposals, kindly include plans, layouts and 3D images where applicable.
vi. Tax clearance of two directors of the company obtainable at Oyo State Board of Internal Revenue
vii. In form of an affidavit, that the bidder is not in receivership nor the subject of any such of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings;
viii. In form of an affidavit, that the company doesnât have any director who have been convicted in any country for fraud-related crime, financial impropriety, criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts;
ix. In form of an affidavit, disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committee of the procuring entity is a former or present director, share-holder or as pecuniary interest in the bidder;
