Oluyole Free Trade Zone

4340 Hectares of land along Lagos Ibadan expressway. The declaration and operational licenses have been obtained since 2012. The OFTZ is proposed to be a 4 quadrant multi-investor FTZ that is strategically positioned to stimulate economy of Oyo State. Proposed commencement of operation date is 2021.

Aerotropolis

The Ibadan Airport is currently receiving an upgrade on its existing facilities to ensure that it can cater for larger aircrafts. The runways and aprons are being extended and the lightning infrastructure upgraded. As a consequence of this, the unused airport real estate becomes available for infrastructural development in the light of the proposed new outlook and added functions as the Ibadan Airport assumes International status.

Industrial Park

A 1040 Hectares of land has been allocated for an Industrial park along Lagos Ibadan Expressway. Fifty (50) Ha is currently being proposed as pilot scheme in a PPP arrangement. The opportunity exists for a BOT arrangement that will benefit investor and the State government.

Circular Road

The proposed Ibadan Circular Road is a 110 km of expressway-standard road encircling the whole urban area of Ibadan city. The Circular Road is planned to reduce congestion in the inner areas of the city thereby providing an opportunity to expand outwards, with direct connection to the Lagos-Ibadan expressway as the main entry into the city.

Agodi Parks and Gardens (Phase II)

The phase 1 of the Agodi Parks and Gardens, is currently a recreation and entertainment spot for the entire South West Nigeria, attracting a wide variety of individuals of different age ranges. About 55 Ha of undeveloped prime land in the heart of the city has been allocated for Phase 2 within Agodi Parks and gardens for the development of a premium recreational, hospitality and conferencing facility. This section of Agodi Parks and Gardens lies in a forest zone, and has immense eco-tourism development potentials.

Prime vacant land at Mokola Hill

3 .5 Ha of fenced land at Mokola Hill proposed for a 4-star hotel. This land is just adjacent the Agodi Parks and Gardens and north of it lies the Cultural Centre, Mokola. Potential synergies exist for the development of a 4/5 star hotel and conferencing centre which can be connected with the eco-tourism activities of the Agodi Parks and Gardens, thereby creating a vibrant hospitality and tourism hub in Oyo State.

Prime vacant land at 18A and 18B Kudeti Avenue, Onireke-

8000m2 of vacant land that is suitable for a 4-star hotel and conferencing facility. The Onireke/Jericho axis of Ibadan is historically a prime residential area. The best hotels in Ibadan are around the Onireke/Jericho/Iyaganku axis. We are particularly interested in providing a home to an international hospitality brand that will be interested in having a 4-star hotel in Ibadan.

Eleyele Eco-Tourism Resort

The proposed Eleyele Eco-Tourism Nature Reserve/Resort is a man-made lake enmeshed with thick forests and a dam situated in the heart of Ibadan City and covering an expanse of over 800 Ha surface area. This nature reserve resort spans 3 major local government areas nature and is a goldmine which offers a myriad of tourism advantages for the State.

Trans Motel, Akinola Maja Street, Jericho Ibadan

Tucked nicely in the prime area of Jericho Ibadan, is about 4.3 Ha of land proposed for a high-end resort and hospitality development. This area offers one of the best and serene locations in Ibadan city.

Trans-Wonderland

Redevelopment of the Trans-Wonderland into a world class entertainment centre. The Trans-Wonderland, popularly known the Trans Amusement Park was erstwhile referred to as Nigeria's Disney World. The park covers a total area of 41 acres in the heart of the city. Despite the park being a shadow of its former self, it is still a popular entertainment venue in Ibadan and the South west Nigeria.
